NOW Accounts

• Minimum balance to open a Now Account is $1,000
• Requires a $1,000 minimum average daily collected balance
• In the event your average daily collected balance drops below $1,000 for the monthly statement cycle, a $7.50 charge will be incurred.  You may have unlimited debits.
• At our discretion the interest rate and annual percentage yield may change at any time.  Please call us for current available rates.

 

Money Market Deposit Accounts (MMDA)

• Minimum balance to open a Money Market Deposit Account is $2,500.
• Requires a $2,500 minimum average daily collected balance
• In the event your average daily collected balance drops below $2,500 for the monthly statement cycle, a $10.00 charge will be incurred.
• Transfers from a Money Market Deposit Account to another account or to a third party by preauthorized, automatic or telephone transfer are limited to six per statement cycle with no more than three by check, draft, or similar order to third parties.

Certificates Of Deposit

Our CD’s range in maturity from 90 days to 3 years and may be automatically renewed.

• Minimum Balance to open - $1,000
• Interest rates are based on current market rates at the time of purchase and are a fixed rate until maturity.  Please call us for current available rates.
• Interest may be paid by check or credited to another deposit account.  Interest may be compounded semi-annually on certificates with maturities of 6 months or greater.
• A penalty may be assessed for early withdrawal.

Individual Retirement Account Certificates Of Deposit (IRA)

• Interest rates are based on current market rates at the time of purchase and are a fixed rate until maturity.
• Minimum Deposit to Open - $250.00
• Withdrawals with no penalty may be made after you have reached the age of 59 ½.  Disbursements may be made by check or credited to another deposit account.
• A penalty may be assessed for early withdrawal.

Christmas Club Account

• We offer accounts for $3.00, $5.00, $10.00 or $20.00 per week for 50 weeks .beginning in November of each year.
• Citizens Bank of Edina will make your last deposit if all other deposits are made by the 50th week.
• Checks are issued in mid-October, just in time to Christmas shop!
